Once the WVO conversion and cleaning has taken place, certain equipment is needed to collect the oil and pump it to wherever required. This is where oil collection products are useful. The following are some of the wvo Oil collection products that have been designed and produced by WVO design companies. ‘1.25” Clear Corrugated PVC Suction Hose’ – This is a standard duty hose made of PVC and is used in applications where you need to have a visible product flow. It has a corrugated cover that offers great flexibility. It has a temperature range between –10 to 130 degrees F and a reinforcement made from white PVC Helix. The Monster Gear Pump is used for oil transfer. It is a close-coupled portable rotary gear pump specifically designed to transfer the oil quickly and it is economical. The ‘Camlock C Coupling – 1.5” Socket x 1.25” Hose Barb’ is made of nylon. The colour of the coupling is yellow. Maximum pressure that can be used is @ 72° F 100 psi, the operating temperature ranges between -30° to +200° F. It is to be used with gasoline, varnish, ethylene glycol and water. Remember that before the couplings are disconnected, all pressure must be released.
